Help pack boxes for Operation Christmas Child!

Youth 7-12th grade are invited to prepare and pray over Operation Christmas Child gift boxes. Youth will receive instructions during Youth Group regarding which age and gender to shop for. Bring your items to the packing event, and join us in preparing gifts to send around the globe. Pizza and drinks will be provided.

Women's Ministry is hosting a Christmas party packed with merriment!

Ladies of all ages are invited to fellowship over appetizers, reflect with a devotional message, and create a terrarium to take home. Keep it or gift it? You choose!

Please bring a sweet or savory appetizer to share. There is no cost to attend. Women's Ministry will be collecting donations for supplies and gift cards (for gas) to bless Connect Medical Clinic.  Register by November 30.

Men’s Bible study meets every Wednesday 6:45-7:30am at EBC.  Join as your schedule allows, and dig into the book of John together. Bring a Bible, coffee is provided.

Dead Theologians Society is a monthly women's book club. The group selects a book authored by a Christian theologian and meets to discuss it. Gatherings are hosted in various homes. For location details, contact Lindsay Christison at 701-260-6539.

This group will meet at 6pm on November 11 to discuss chapters 7-9 of Chosen by God by R.C. Sproul.

The Men's Book Club will meet monthly to discuss opinions and points of the selected book. The goal is to cultivate Godly learning and develop fellowship. This book club takes place at EBC, upstairs by the fireplace, on the third Sunday of the month.

The November book is Christianity and Wokeness by Owen Strachan.
Meeting November 16 at 6:30pm.

A Church Board Nominating Committee will be chaired by Shaun Christison. He will form a committee to establish a full slate of nominees for the deacon and elder positions that become open at the end of the year. In order to be considered for service, a man must have been an official member of EBC for a minimum of one full year and meet the Biblical qualifications that are directed in the Scriptures.

The Biblical qualifications for elders are found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, and the qualifications for deacons are found in Acts 6:1-4 and 1 Timothy 3:8-13. If you would like to nominate someone for consideration, please contact Shaun Christison. We will convene a congregational meeting later this year for the members to vote.

Would you be willing to serve once a month in the EBC nursery?  We offer care for ages 0-3 during both Sunday worship services, and offer childcare during various bible studies and events throughout the year.  It would be a blessing to expand our roster of nursery volunteers.  Contact the EBC office at ebc@dickinsonebc.com or 701-227-1464 to volunteer.

Nursery volunteers must pass a background check prior to serving.  Forms can be picked up in the EBC office or on the shelf outside the nursery, and submitted to the church office.
