Thank you, Claudette and Louie! The Franchuks have faithfully served EBC for many years, folding and stuffing bulletins in preparation for each Sunday. While we are sad to see them move from our community, we celebrate with them in living closer to family in Bismarck. They leave with us an opportunity for     someone to step into this role. Bulletin prep requires 60-90 minutes of time, and is usually done on Thursdays. Contact the church office for details.

Spread the word about Vacation Bible School! Children will journey through Psalm 23, learning about the Good Shepherd. VBS will be held August 3-7, 9am-noon. Choose Friendship Park, Eagles Park, or the EBC playground for games, crafts, lessons and fun August 3-6, then join all together at EBC August 7 for a celebration program and lunch. Sign up to distribute flyers, canvassing neighborhoods by our chosen parks on Saturday, July 18 or Sunday, July 26 on the EBC app Events. Register as a VBS volunteer on the EBC app or website, under the VBS tab. Walk up child registration will be available daily at each location. Advance child registration will be available soon.

Men, equip yourselves to study and teach the Bible accurately and effectively. The Rightly Divided Expository Preaching Workshop held July 31 & August 1 from 7:30am-4:30 pm will provide instruction and practice to sharpen your handling of the Word, as well as snacks and lunch. Register on the EBC app or website by July 26.

Moms Connected is a weekly gathering for caregivers and their children, ages 0 and up. The group meets at local parks on Fridays from 10am-noon in the summertime. Find the schedule at the Connection Center, or on the Women’s Ministry webpage. Keep up to date by joining the Moms Connected messaging group on the EBC app.

EBC has a team of AMEN Food Pantry volunteers that serve one Tuesday or Thursday afternoon per month, from 1-4:30pm. This team needs more help. Contact Terry Taylor at 701-290-9576 to learn more about this opportunity.

Youth boys (entering 7-12th grade) are invited to study how we see and experience "Jesus in all things" throughout the book of Philippians. Pastor Derrick will lead this study, meeting weekly at EBC. Dead Theologians Society is a monthly women's book club. The group selects a book authored by a Christian theologian and meets to discuss it. Gatherings are hosted in various homes. For location details, contact Lindsay Christison at 701-260-6539.

The next meeting is to be determined.

The Men's Book Club will meet monthly to discuss opinions and points of the selected book. The goal is to cultivate Godly learning and develop fellowship. This book club takes place at EBC, upstairs by the fireplace, on the third Sunday of the month.

The group will meet June 28 at 6:30pm to discuss The Redeemed Man by Beeke, Smalley and Phillips.

Would you be willing to serve once a month in the EBC nursery?  We offer care for ages 0-3 during both Sunday worship services, and offer childcare during various bible studies and events throughout the year.  It would be a blessing to expand our roster of nursery volunteers.  Contact the EBC office at ebc@dickinsonebc.com or 701-227-1464 to volunteer.

Nursery volunteers must pass a background check prior to serving.  Forms can be picked up in the EBC office or on the shelf outside the nursery, and submitted to the church office.
