New to EBC Class is today at 9:30 am in the Youth Room upstairs.  This class orients you to EBC, and is the first step for those seeking church membership. This class will be offered again September 21. Preregistration is not necessary.

This year's theme is Pollo Loco. Culinary competitors will vie to see who serves up the best chicken, sharp shooters will test their aim on the range, and everyone will enjoy a plate full of food and an afternoon of fellowship. This event is hosted at the Dickinson Trap Club. Please register to assist with the headcount.

EBC is offering GriefShare grief support beginning September 7, 3-5 pm. This 13-week group works through understanding the difficult emotion of grief and what to expect in the days ahead. Late registration requests will be processed in the order received. Children will be accepted as our leader to clubber ratio allows. If we are not able to accept more children immediately due to program constraints, children will be placed on a waiting list.

Join other women in studying the book of Matthew, using Seek First the Kingdom by Christine Hoover as a guide. This study will focus on how to identify and seek the kingdom of God, and experience everlasting joy as a citizen of the kingdom. The group will gather at EBC upstairs in room 208. Those who cannot attend in person may join the study via Zoom. Register by September 13.

Would you be willing to serve once a month in the EBC nursery?  We offer care for ages 0-3 during both Sunday worship services, and offer childcare during various bible studies and events throughout the year.  It would be a blessing to expand our roster of nursery volunteers.  Contact the EBC office at ebc@dickinsonebc.com or 701-227-1464 to volunteer.

Nursery volunteers must pass a background check prior to serving.  Forms can be picked up in the EBC office or on the shelf outside the nursery, and submitted to the church office.

The Men's Book Club will meet monthly to discuss opinions and points of the selected book. The goal is to cultivate Godly learning and develop fellowship. This book club takes place at EBC, upstairs by the fireplace, on the third Sunday of the month.

The September book is God at Work: Your Christian Vocation in All of Life by Gene Edward Veith.

Dead Theologians Society is a monthly women's book club. The group selects a book authored by a Christian theologian and meets to discuss it. Gatherings are hosted in various homes. For location details, contact Lindsay Christison at 701-260-6539.

This group will meet at 6pm on September 30 to discuss the first three chapters of Chosen by God by R.C. Sproul.
