Our church seeks a man of God who is called and equipped to shepherd our ministries to the home: marriage, parenting, youth, and children. The people of EBC love to serve, and our ministries to children and youth are very active. Our volunteer leaders will benefit from the Family Pastor coordinating their efforts with vision and enthusiasm.

Pastoral Responsibilities
- Marriage and parenting
- Youth ministries
- Children’s ministries
- Clear calling from God to pastoral ministry
- Meets the qualifications of an elder (1 Tim 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9) and exhibits the fruit of the Spirit (Gal 5:22)
- A man of prayer and the Word
- Biblical understanding and vision for godly marriages and parenting
- Skilled in organization and communication
- Team player and self-starter
- Salary range is $60K to $80K
- 4 weeks of paid-time off
- Retirement contribution - 6% of salary
